Are there Room Rental Fees?
If your party meets the food and beverage minimum the Room rental fee is waved. 
 
What Items are included if I have my event at Rudy’s?
Linen napkins (and table linens if desired), votive candles, flatware, glassware, tables and chairs.

How do I book one of your banquet rooms?
A $500.00 deposit is required to book your event.  The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final balance on the day of your event.  Please contact the banquet department to book your event.
 
What information do I need to provide to receive an estimate for my event?
In order to provide you with an estimate we need your guest count, date/time of your event, bar selection and meal selection.  Quotes are only estimates based on the information that you provide and are subject to change if the details of your event change.
